Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
- I hereby grant my consent to Mgr. et Mgr. Miloslav Tutter, attorney-at-law, Czech Bar Association (ČAK) Reg. No. 18208, with registered office at V Olšinách 2300/75, Strašnice, 108 00 Praha 10, Company ID (IČ): 07057474, (hereinafter the "Controller"), to process, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the "Regulation"), the following personal data: first name and surname, personal identification number (rodné číslo), permanent residence address, e-mail address and telephone number (hereinafter the "personal data").
- The personal data may be processed on the basis of the consent you have granted and must be processed for the purpose of providing the legal service by the Controller which you have bindingly ordered from the Controller on the website www.aktutter.cz. The Controller will process these data for a period of 5 years.
- You grant your express consent to the processing described above. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or a letter to the Controller's contact details.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller.
