Mgr. et Mgr. Miloslav Tutter

He is the founding partner of our law firm. He obtained his legal education at the Metropolitan University in Prague, where he received his Mgr. degree in 2009, and subsequently at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, from which he also graduated with an Mgr. degree in 2011. While still a student, he worked as an assistant at a law firm, where he gained valuable practical experience. In his practice, he specialises primarily in civil and commercial law. Since passing the bar examinations, he has practised as an independent attorney.

JUDr. Jitka Tutterová
independent attorney
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where she received her Mgr. degree in 1979. In 1980 she successfully passed the state rigorosum examination and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Law (JUDr.). She first gained her professional experience as an in-house corporate lawyer and subsequently worked as a researcher at the Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs. From 1991 she practised as a commercial lawyer, and since the merger of the professional chambers in 1996 she has been in practice as an attorney. JUDr. Tutterová has also served for many years as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, which underscores her experience and professional erudition in the field of law.
